About our business

wennermark.eu is basically a one-person company founded by Ulla Wennermark and based on her extensive experience in EU Trademark and Design law and practical proceedings. The business idea is to support professional practitioners in this area on consultation basis.

In order not to appear as a competitor to our intended clients, we only provide services to trademark agencies and to enterprises that handle trademark matters in-house. Filing registrations is your business. Ours is to help you when issues arise, when you lack arguments or strategy, when things turn sensitive and when a second oppinion may help. If we don’t provide the service you are looking for, then we can refer you to an agency that we trust and we can support you if your case eventually gets complicated.

We are located in Gothenburg, Sweden, but we provide services globally.
