After deciding in almost 5000 trademark appeal cases as a Member of the Boards of Appeal at EUIPO (the EU Trademark and Design authority), Ulla now provides qualified consultation services to trademark professionals via her own law firm, primarily in matters related to EU trademarks and designs. Her clients are trademark agencies worldwide and enterprises that handle trademark matters in-house. In parallel to her consulting business, Ulla is also member of both the Danish and the Norwegian Boards of Appeal for trademarks.
